Pōhutukawa Hot Smoked Salmon Crostini

When you’re pushed for time but want to serve your guests something spectacular, all you need are a few impressive ingredients to whip up these canapés in mere moments.

Ingredients

1 packet ciabatta crostini

1 packet Aoraki Pōhutukawa hot smoked salmon

1 jar Clevedon Buffalo chilli and lime marinated buffalo cheese

2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh chives, to garnish

Method

Set the crostini out on a platter. Smear each with a good dollop of the soft cheese, then top with a small chunk of hot smoked salmon. Sprinkle with the chives and finish with a drizzle of marinating oil from the cheese and a good grind of black pepper.
